Job Description
- Execute new launch displays, collateral placement, etc
- Follow up and track the usage and efficiency of testers, samples and TOAs in accordance with the aligned plan and direction
- Prepare, coordinate and ensure a complete and accurate physical inventory as required.
- Oversee all planning details for events
- Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Working Experience: Has 5 years working experience in retail experience, 1 year working as Store Manager in Cosmetics Industry in the luxury brand
- English: Business Level
- Leading Skills: Has leadership, training and public speaking experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills. Comfortable managing and supervising people. Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to train and coach new and existing employees. Ability to council employee conflicts and to function in a fast paced environment. Embrace the company’s corporate philosophy.
