Job Description
1) Report to either Japanese/ Chinese/ Korean/ Vietnamese Managers 2) Assigned to Production Management Department, with 200 employees including both Supervisor & Staff levels 3) Job Responsibilities: - Follow POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including: a. Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress. b. Quality Control from Sample Stage to Bulk Shipment Stage. c. Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standards.. d. Understand and analysis factory In-house Data for QCD control. e. Follow shipments from factories to Sales Countries through internal system. - Do reports to direct Supervisors and Managers, Merchandiser and worldwide relevant departments. - Regularly carry on the Meetings with suppliers/ partners for business discussion. ※ This Job opportunity is not open for R&D, Merchandiser position and Store Operation.
Job Requirement
1) Essential Requirements - Qualification/Certificate: University graduate, all majors welcome - Language Skills: English or Japanese business communication level - At least 3 years' experience in Production Management, Quality Control in Apparel field - Knowledge of apparel merchandising, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills are necessary to be a good production management candidate. We are looking for future manager candidates that can solve problems by leading their own businesses and members around them - Good experience and interested in garment production fields - Passion for customer service, styling and product - Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team towards a common goal - Keen sense of detail and highly organized - Willing to take the challenge to step up and grow at a global stage - Can go on business trip by bus/ airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week 2) Preferable Requirements - Qualification/Certificate: University graduate, majors related to apparel industry - At least 3 years' experience in Production Management, Quality Control in Apparel, Textile, Garment fields 3) Desirable Character: - Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, proactive
