- Set up new office
- Perform a variety of back-office tasks

-Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
- Support their employee to send to Japan
- Assist General Director
- Report to Japan headquarter and join regular meeting in Japanese
Essential Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese business level at least N3
- Gender: Any
- Age: Under 32 yrs
- Experience: worked as mechanical engineer or having deep knowledge about it
Preferable Requirements
- Qualification: majors related mechanical engineering
- Language Skills: English business level
- Experience: worked in Japanese company or startup company
