Job Description
1) Report to Japanese Section Head
2) Manage 5-6 Maintenance Engineers
3) Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and control maintenance & repair actions of company facilities and equipment
- Assign, supervise and evaluate effectiveness of maintenance team
- Training team members to enhance their skills
- Work with suppliers for issues related to maintenance functions
- Establish goal and lead team to achieve following to ISO 9001 & IATF standards
Job Requirement
1) Essential Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Language Skill(s): Fluency in Japanese (N3)
- At least 5 years' working experience in Maintenance function with 2-3 years at managerial level for manufacturing companies
- MS Office proficiency
- Good leadership, communication, negotiation skills
- Can work under high pressure
