● Report to Japanese Director (40s, Male) ● Assigned to Merchandiser department ● Job Responsibilities: - Negotiate prices with suppliers and worker - Discuss with client - Communicate with other department - Oversee the production process and draw up a production schedule - Ensure that the production is cost-effective - Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality - Estimate costs and set the quality standards

● Essential Requirements - Experience as Merchandiser in Garment/Textile firm more than 3 years - Experience in working the factory (not office) *** Candidates from trading companies are not accepted *** Candidates work in garment factory of more than 1000 employees are not accepted *** Fast fashion brand (big number of lot) is not accepted
