Job Description
● Report to Japanese Director ● Assigned to Production Control Department ● Manage 380 staff ● Job Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operation which is three steps of sewing the cutsew - Manage production staffs - Manage and cooperate with Line manager of each department to solve arising problems in production - Control operational costs and human capital of the department - Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager *** Could be promoted to be Factory Manager in future
