Job Description

1. RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT ( KPI Weight 50%)
Manage Recruit Department of 9 members.
Report to Vietnamese General Manager of HR Department
Develop and oversee the implementation of recruitment strategy for a 1000-employee factory
Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems and procedures.
Interview potential candidates and appoint staff in consultation with the appropriate interviewer in relevant departments.
In order to ensure that staffing needs are met and recruitment and selection processes operate effectively

2. EMPLOYER BRANDING ( KPI Weight 20% )


3. TEAMMATES TRAINING ( KPI Weight 10% )

4. COMPLIANCE / FRAUD CONDUCT ( KPI Weight 10% )
Implement and comply with compliance, fraud, corruption corrective and preventive policies from Company in order to
ensure the company have zero recruitment compliance violation, zero corruption.

5. BUDGET ( KPI Weight 5% )
Direct, control the preparation and maintenance of the budget in order to ensure budgets are met in accordance with
company's annual business plan.

6. SAFETY MANAGEMENT (KPI Weight 5% )



Essential Requirements :
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Human resource administrator or related fields
- A minimum 03 years’ Human resource management experience, especially in Recruitment and Training in factory
- English business level

Preferable Requirements :
- Male is preferred
