Job Description
- Being assigned in HCM sales department.
- Developing new clients, Japanese Company/ Vietnamese Company.
- Managing sales strategy yourself.
- Presenting, promoting and selling services using solid arguments.
- Establishing positive business and customer relationship.
- Coordinating sales effort with existing sales and other departments.
- Reporting customer need, problems and competitor activity etc. to Japanese Director who is in Thailand.
<Essential Requirements>
- Japanese skill: N1 - N2, Be able to communicate with Japanese native costumers smoothly.
- 3+ Working experience in any industry.
- 1+ experience as a sales or service position.
- Working experience at Japanese company.
- Be able to be outgoing to develop.
