Japanese Speaking - Sales Support

Job Description

Working in a team of 4 memeber
	Support Japanese Director to handle clients for enquiries, sales order, Marketing Research...
	Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and build long-term customer relationship.
	Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
	Prepare client meeting material, proposal and assist in client presentation.
	Closely communicate and coordinate with team members and all business partners to ensure smooth operation and service deliveries.
	Finally develop and implement digital marketing strategies and direct the execution.
	Following sale support tasks for all clients such as: quotation, contract, acceptance sheet, NDA, …
	Other tasks are assigned by Japanese Director.

Job Requirement

Essential Requirement:
	More than 2 years-experience of Sale support/Customer service in any Industry
	Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – N2 or above) 
	Competent in MS Office skills are required.

Referral Requirement:
	Strong marketing sense and great passion for Internet industry is preferred 
       Digital marketing experience is an advantage
	Responsibility / Hospitality for member and client  
	Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure   
	Good communication and negotiation skills
       English is a plus
	Self-time management   
	Willing to learn and contemplation for things
