Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Department Manager Manage 2-3 staffs Assigned to Planning Department Job Responsibilities: - Manage and assign tasks to plan production, assess the level of completion, make adjustments if necessary, etc. - Schedule the control planning quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily, etc. to provide corrective actions timely (if any) - Administer, manage and assign tasks to employees in Planning Department - Plan and manage material inventory, finished products, and overall production to ensure the performance of the factory - Monitor the working process at the warehouse (for materials and finished products) - Manage the min-max of inventory and balance the quantity - Perform periodic reports - Details will be discussed during interview

Essential Requirements - Qualification/Certificate: Associate's Degrees - Language Skills: Japanese Business level - Gender: Any - Age: 30-40 - Experience: From 3 years’ experience in the related positions - Good Excel skills - Can work on weekends, holidays, New Year’s holidays according to the company’s schedule - Able to communicate and negotiate with clients - Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently - Able to organize, manage, cover and handle the work well Desirable Character: - Personality: proactive, hardworking, independent, matured
