1) Report to Japanese General Director 2) Assigned to Sales & Marketing Dept., managing 50 Sales & Marketing Managers & Staffs nationwide (HCMC, Hanoi) 3) Job Responsibilities: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the business. You will be the leader of the National Sales & Marketing and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business strategy. - Make sales & marketing strategy and plan to execute them. - Manage sales & marketing team by motivating and supporting the team members with respect and achieve the yearly and mid-term target such as unit sales, revenue, GP and operating profit. - Maintain good win/win relationships with the business partners and manage them. - Conduct feasible study and make a business plan for the new business portfolio. - Other assignments given by General Director.
Job Requirement
1) Essential Requirement: - Qualification: Bachelor’s degree - Language Skills: Proficiency in English - 10+ years' proven working experience as General Manager in Sales & Marketing/ Sales Planning/ Business Development functions, or BOD roles (such as CEO of a local trader) in the Printing industry - Fixated interest in & knowledge of the printing industry - Can establish new business from scratch - Conceptional & planning skills with a broad view - Communication, negotiation and human skills - Team management skills 2) Preferable Requirement: - Experience of setting up new business in the IT sector is a plus 3) Personalities: - Self-runner, detailed, determined, resourceful, smart, ambitious, hard-working - Open and honest, customer-minded, innovative, passionate, inclusive, collaborative and accountable
