Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
 Report to Department Manager
 Job Responsibilities:
- Arranging shipment from origin to destination to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle all requests from customers
- Booking with airlines and confirm shipments to customers
- Manage daily emails/ phone calls from customers
- Prepare bill of lading and send pre-alert to agents and customers as well
- Cooperate with other team and agent for shipments as pick-up, do customs clearance and other need to meet customer requirement.
- Tracing and update schedule to customers.
- Input data into system properly and on time
- Follow instruction and request from Manager
