Job Description
- Plan for 1H & 2H Action
 Delegate Sale Target & new account target and area for sale executives to be in lined with Total target assigned
 Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a action plan in alignment with Business objectives
 Sale forecast
- New sales contract and renew channel contract
 Participate in new sale policy brainstorming
 Support to deal and close agreement with Big Dealer with higher target
 Support team understand about the new sales policy
- Sales Analysis and Promotion Activities
 Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
 Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
 Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
 Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stock Transfer
 Evaluate stock in each warehouse to propose stock transfer between South & North
- Sales daily activities management
 Sale result follow up then support team to fulfill weekly target / plan
 Support team for sale proposal by discussing and finding solution
- On field to visualize market
 Support sales executive to develop their territory (sale volume & accounts)
 Coach sale executive on field (way to approach Dealers, how and what to do in the shop)
 Find out actual feedback from markets / dealers (Price, activities of competitors, other risk)
 Build relationships with customers and motivate them for better sales
- Staff Management and Improvement
 Monitor and analyze performance of sale executive every month and half year
 Coach for improvement: On job training, internal procedures
- Other assignments
 Join and contribute to cross functional projects
 To be window person between team and other Department for any new rules / procedures

Requirements
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
- Language Skills: English Business level
- Age: 30-35
- Experience: From 2+ years’ experience working as Regional Sales Manager in charge of distribution channels
