JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Administration Manager (male, 40s), dotted line to Japanese GA cum Accounting Leader (female, 30s)
Assigned to Administration Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Handling all GA and HR tasks of the company
-Assisting expats in applying for work permit, visa, resident card…
-Supporting employees with relating GA needs for smooth daily work
-Acting as main contact window; work with governmental authorities / service suppliers on behalf of the company / HR agency
-Conducting reports to be submitted to Head quarter in Japan
-Being able to train Japanese working style and business manner to Vietnamese staff, especially new-comers
-Arranging the interview schedule & other selection processes between HR agency and General Director/ Department Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skills:Japanese Proficient
-Gender: Any
-Age: Up to 30
-Computing: MS Office
-2+ years of experience working at similar positions in Japanese companies
