Work Time:
-Monday – Saturday (8:00~17:00)
-Every Other Saturday
Salary Range: Gross 1,500 – 2,500 USD /Per Month /Negotiable
Allowance(s): Transportation/ Parking at the Manor Apartment
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
Benefit(s): Annual Leave/ Insurance/ Company bus from the Manor Apartment, Binh Thanh
Selection Process: Two times

JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese General Director (40s, male)
Manage about 100 Vietnamese staffs


Job Responsibilities:
-Managing all Vietnamese staffs to improve their skill
-Supporting General Director and Japanese Department Managers(Production control/ QC/ Design)
-Finding out issues and taking measures to solve them

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills: Japanese Proficient
-Gender: Male
-Age: under 40
-Working experience as Manager at a factory of Japanese company
-Management skill over 50 employees

-Personality: hard work, team work
