JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese Deputy Chief Representative and Vietnamese Deputy Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of contacting customers (Banks in Vietnam) to negotiate about credit/debit card issuance and promotion
- Client management: issuing credit/debit card and checking the process
- Increase the sales of a bank and credit/debit card issuance
- Keep good relationship with Banks
- Initiate customer retention strategies and build new customers
- Managing new projects for business alliance with Banks
- Initiate campaign strategies for bank products and services
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: English business level
- Experience working in banking industry
- Knowledge about banking and credit/debit card system
- Understanding of financial/banking products and markets
- Willing to get new knowledge (need to learn specific credit card and banking system after joining)
- Independent, friendly, patient and willing to work hard
- Problem-solving and target-oriented mindset
- Good communication, negotiation, sales and analytical skills
