§ Work Location: Ha Nam Province
§ Work Time:
- 07:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday
- 07:30-16:30 Saturday (entitled for alternate off for Saturday and every Sunday).
§ Salary Range: Gross 10,000,000 VND or above
§ Allowance(s):
- Meal allowance VND30,000 per day, maximum is VND680,000.00 per month)
- Area allowance: VND450,000 per month
- Attendance Allowance: VND350,000 per month. No attendance allowance is provided if there is any absent from work, e.g. no pay leave or sick leave
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese and Japanese Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Assist accounting manager to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards.
- Assist accounting manager to handle fixed assets and inventory management.
- Handle accounting daily operation.
- Input accounting transaction in our accounting software (FAST) both English & Vietnamese.
- Documents filing and checking.
- Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables.
- Arrange bank payment and submission of documents to government department or accounting consultant
- Perform general office administrative duties.
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Education : Higher School or Diploma or Degree (Accounting / Finance)
- Holder of Certificate of Chief Accountant.
- Language: can use English for work (MUST).
- Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations, also using of accounting software FAST.
- At least 3 years solid experience in factory accounting, EPE is preferable.
- Familiar in Microsoft office, especially Excel.

- Gender: Female
- Age: 26 – 32
- Honest, careful, detailed-mind and strong sense of responsibility and discipline
- Good communication skill and ability to work independently and work with overseas office.
