§ Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING – CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

§ Work Time:
- Monday-Friday (9:00~18:00)
- Saturday (9:00~13:00) twice per month
§ Salary Range: Gross 350 per month (fixed Basic Salary)
JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and consult to Japanese customers about the company’s travel service
- Support and suggest travel plan
- Communicate with other departments and other country branches
- Familiarization trip before proposal package tour or company trip
- Telephoning from customers who are Japanese travelers / have plan to travel to other cities
- Other tasks as assigned & will be discussed further in the interview
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: College Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (at least N2)
- No experience required
- Able to work independently as well as work in team
- Others (Preferable): Candidates who are used to live or study work in Japan
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any
- Age: until 35
- Personality: hardworking, friendly, proactive, enthusiastic
