GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - GA HR ASSISTANT MANAGER – MANUFACTURING

ü  Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

ü  Saturday: full day, every other week

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese Manager

§  Assigned to GA Department

§  Job Responsibilities:

ADMINISTRATION

-          Update new regulations to BOD and revise company regulations appropriately.

-          Keep staff informed of Company’s plans and development

-          Cooperate with legal staff to provide legal advice as required – eg contracts, trade description, company law, employment registration, health and safety legislation, working conditions and data protection

-          Ensure that the legal and statutory requirements of the company are met and furnishes statements on these subjects as required.

-          Record and type minutes after management meeting, prepare letters, notices and disseminate them accordingly.

-          Liaise with external bodies such as Heza, Government authorities.

-          Plan sports/social events such as tournament, annual dinner, incentive trip, family day…

-          Control & maintain ISO documents

 

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

-          Manpower planning – assessing future needs against present staffing.

-          Appointment, promotion & distribution of staff.

-          Staff development & training (OJT, external trainings, orientation) within planned budget.

-          Staff appraisal including performance, potential & reward reviews.

-          Personnel welfare, benefits, policies and procedure formulation.

-          Staff health and safety.

-          Recruitment & selection (together with the individual department head).

-          Formulation of Job Description for all staffs.

-          Maintains Employee Orientation Guide and Reference Guide, maintains job descriptions

-          Ensure proper documentation on contract of employees.

-          Payroll administration & social insurance of all employees.

-          Management report and visa & work permit.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-          Language Skills:          English or Japanese business level

-          MS Office proficiency

-          At least 3 years of experience in HR specialize in Labor Management and at least 2 years working at leader position in foreign companies

-          Knowledge about Labor Law and Government regulations

-          Good human relations and high leadership skills, problem solving.

-          Have good relationship, organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills and ability to work other functional departments
