§ Salary range: Gross 1000 - 1200 USD
JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operation of Production Department, including quality function
- Manage production staffs and production schedule
- Work with related departments to solve arising problems in production
- Control operational costs and human capital of the department
- Could be promoted to be Factory Manager in future
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related field
- Language skill(s): English business level OR Japanese conversational level
- Having similar experience (production/quality management) in Japanese factories (any industry) OR foreign textile factories (small-to-medium sized ones are preferred)
- Candidates from trading companies are not accepted
