- Monday-Friday (8:00~17:00) but with flexibility
§ Salary Range: Minimum Gross 500 USD per month (negotiable)
JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Team Leader
§ Assigned to Development Team
§ Job Responsibilities:
Support development teams in communication between Vietnamese and Japanese members, including:
1/ Interpreting between 2 languages – Japanese and Vietnamese
- At meetings
- When Japanese members come on business trip to Vietnam office
- When Vietnamese members go on business trip to Japan office
2/ Translating between 3 languages – Japanese, Vietnamese and English
- Technical documents
- Technical discussions (mainly online)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: College or University Degree, preferably majoring in foreign languages
- Language Skills: Japanese proficiency (equivalent to or higher than N2 level) / English at intermediate level
- Experience and passion in translation/ interpretation regardless of experience period
- Know-how in working with Japanese and respect differences of each other
- Technical knowledge preferred
