JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Assistant Manager
§ Assigned to ITPS Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Working with partners to do sales for company’s software/ middleware
- Reporting to Vietnamese Assistant Manager, responsible for managing channels in HCMC (or backup for Hanoi when necessary) in the sales of IT Operation Management Solutions
- Developing new business prospects with channels, generating proposals, handling promotional activities and providing prompt follow-up to ensure target plan are achieved
- Support partners/ End-user for technical issues of products
- Perform product implementation or POC for EU
- Being ready for business trip in the region if necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in technical
- Language Skills: English communication is required (business level)
- Minimum 4 years of presales or sales engineering experience in IT industry (product demonstration, POC, system implementation, etc.)
- A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role (such as IBM Tivoli, BMC Control-M, CA Unicenter, etc.)
- Strong sales support skills, customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Willing to travel for business trip (domestic or international)
- Able to grasp the opportunity within this fast paced, multitasking role and make it their own
- Be competent within a technical sales environment
- Be an organizer, decision maker and dynamic leader
- Be self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude, 100% commitment to succeed and a logical approach to problem solving
