Work Time:
- Monday-Friday (8:00～17:00)
- Saturday(every two weeks)
Allowance(s): Governed under VN law and company’s regulations
Bonus and Incentives: 1 month Bonus / Performance review and pay raise twice each per year
JOB DUTIES
- Manage and support all of the things in the Factory
Main Tasks:
- Management Production line and Quality control
- Training technical and working behavior skill to the staff.
- Negotiate and respond with customer and outside subcontractor
- Improve production line and Quality
- Handle with Audit and settle the account
- Directory report to Japan Head Quarter
Job RequirementS
- Desirable Background & Experience:
- Gender: man
- Age: Over mid of 30’s
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: Japanese business level
- Experience in Factory management
- Experienced in Production control
- Desirable Character:
- Japanese language skill
- Experienced in Production
- Experienced working in the Japanese Company
