• Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

• Saturday: morning 8am-12pm

JOB DUTIES:

• Report to Japanese General Manager

• Job Responsibilities:

** Weekly

• - Follow up payment from customers
• - Make payment for suppliers & salary for employees
• - Checked account books
• - Accrual expense follow up budget and repayment
• - Check salary monthly & accrue by each division.

** Monthly

• - Checked to all account in the end month
• - Checked cash & bank
• - Checked turnovers
• - Checked AR, AP by detail cost
• - Make tax monthly report as VAT, PIT for staffs, FCT (if any)
• - Make payment for suppliers & salary for employees
• - Accrual insurances for staffs
• - Checked the all expense
• - Checked balance accrual
• - Check cost of sales
• - Checked deferred tax
• - Checked taxes such as VAT, PIT, accrue CIT, FCT (if any)
• - Change figure accounting from Vietnam account to TLOG account for report to TLOG by excel file
• - Change from TLOG account to DIVA account for record to DIVA software of Toshiba Group
• - Make management summaries report submit to TLOG.
• - Compared figure actually & budget. Recommend if different too big
• - Make quarter PIT for Mr. Niimi
• - Make statistics monthly report.
• - Make sales price of TVCP (compared old price & new price)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Desirable Background & Experience:

• - Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Accounting

• - At least 10 years’ experience in Accountant including Chief Accountant level

• - Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff

• - Experienced in global company/MNC/Japanese company.

• - Have good demand of English (Japanese is preferable)

• Desirable Character:

• - Gender: Any

• - Age: 35& above
