GENERAL INFORMATION
- Position: Document Staff (Chemical Dept) - Trading

- Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm)
- Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

- 18 Annual Leave/Year. Can be exchanged to daily salary if not using out of AL.

- Business trip fee: $20/day for meal. Hotel and flight ticket booked by company.
- Insurance: follow Vietnamese Law
- Company trip (budget $550/person/year)
- Report to Vietnamese Manager
- Assigned to Chemical Dept
- Main Tasks:
- Daily exchange/communicate with local customers/partners and internally with chemicals team and other company's overseas office to handle shipping documents of chemicals.
- For CNF trade, following up contracts, checking/pushing LCs, handling shipping docs, collecting payment from customers on time.
- For Local trade, issue contract, follow up documentation/executions and cargo delivery
- Input accounting data for Chemicals Department by using SAP system.
- Input the Handling Commission between our Chemicals Dept with other offices.
- Support Sale activities, both CNF and Principal business.
- Report timely to Sales staff and senior managers when problem arising.
Job RequirementS
- Desirable Experience and Background:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree. Graduated from Foreign Trade University is a big advantage.
- Language Skills: English: business level
- Understanding international trade
- Around 1 year working experience in the same field.

- Gender: Female
- Age: 24 – 28 years old
