JOB DUTIES
- Report to Chairman
- Main Tasks:
- - Fully responsible for the factory's overall business, and all the staff work together to determine the timely completion of factory goals.
- - To develop the factory's management objectives and operating principles, including the development of regulations to require all levels of management and staff responsibilities, and supervise the implementation. Develop marketing plans, lead the staff to conduct a comprehensive business plan to expand operations.
- - Read and analyze reports to check operating conditions and the project completion, and to take measures to ensure the smooth progress of the business.
- - To establish and improve the factory's organization and management system, rationalization and efficient.
- - Train personnel to guide the work of various departments, to improve the factory's staff quality
- Must:

- - Age: any
- - At least 8 years’ experience in Textile/ Garment companies
- - Chinese – business level
- - English/ Japanese speaker will be preferable
