JOB DUTIES:

  • Report to Japanese Director
  • Job Responsibilities:

-          This position is in charge of daily operation of the store

-          Managing the entire store team in order to achieve the goals of the company and department.

-          Ensure smooth running with achievement of sales target and deliver the highest level of service.

-          Be passionate about customer service, love fashion and almost fanatical about driving the store forwards.

-          Guide and develop strong team to sale and get the stable customers

-          Efficiently handle the administrative sides including stock management, cost control and profit and loss accounts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Desirable Background & Experience:
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree
  • Language Skills:          Japanese – Business level(N2)
  • Experience: At least 01 year in the Shop Management position
  • Experience: Work in high customer Service Company (hotel, restaurant, airline e.t.c…)
  • Be able to take the training in Japan for more than1 year.  (Work location: Nemuro Hokkaido)
  • Desirable Character:

  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
