• Work time: Monday - Saturday (7:30am - 5:00pm), off two Saturdays per month

JOB DUTIES

• Report to Japanese QA Manager (male, 50s)

• Assigned to QA Department

• Team size: 70 members

• Team structure: Japanese QA Manager -> 2 QA Group Leader (including this position) -> QA Staffs

• Job Responsibilities:

• Manage quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, end products, inventory

• Test new samples and report to QA Manager

• Assess new and existing suppliers

• Join in Trial Production at suppliers’ site

• Join in Audit Meeting about relapse prevention, process improvement, price / cost down.

• Receive damaged parts from the market; analyze the cause and conduct reports

• Directly perform tests regarding ability, callipers, micrometer, high gauge, tension gauge, vibration, noise, speed dial…

• Deal with temperature and humidity problems in the plant

• Go on domestic / overseas business trips to solve QA issues at clients’ site

• Attend training courses in Japan headquarter if need be

• Show potentials and capabilities to become a manager in the future

• Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Desirable Background and Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor Degree

• Language skill(s): English business level OR Japanese business level (preferable)

• Having certificates of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 awarded by MQI (Management Quality Institute) is a big plus

• From 2+ years of experience working at QA management positions of manufacturing companies (Japanese ones are preferable)

• Desirable Characters:

• Gender: Male preferable

• Age: Around 35

• Willing to go on occassional business trips
