Japanese Speaking - Interpreter - Trading

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Position: Japanese Speaking – Interpreter - Trading

• Contract Term: Permanent

• Work Location: HCMC

• Work Time: Monday-Friday (8:30 – 5:30)

• Bonus and Incentives: 13^th month bonus / Performance review

JOB DUTIES

• Report to Japanese Director (Male, around 50 years old)

• New Japanese Manager will come to Vietnam to manage the whole back office (Admin/ Operation). He needs one Interpreter to support to him in interpreting/translating Japanese – Vietnamese and Japanese – English.

• Assigned to Back Office

• Main Tasks:

• Assist Japanese Director in visiting Clients.

• Support to interpret/translate Japanese – Vietnamese; Japanese – English internally and externally.

• Go to business trip with Japanese Director occasionally.

• Prepare documents, book calendar, etc…Other tasks will be assigned as per job requirements.

Job RequirementS

• Desirable Experience and Background:

• Qualification: Bachelor Degree

• Language Skills:          English and Japanese at business level. (Japanese at least N2)

• Have experience at the same position at least 2 years.

• Well understand of Japanese working style and culture.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Desirable Character
