- Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING – SALES STAFF – MANUFACTURING

- Working Time:
- 8:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Saturday)
- Working every other Saturday
- Company bus:
- Time: Depart at 6:30 AM and arrive at around 6:15 PM.
- Pick-up location: District 7
- Bus route: Phu My bridge – Cat Lai Port – Nhon Trach IP
- Salary Range:
- Training in Dong Nai Factory: Around $800 Gross
- Training in Japan: TBD
- Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review and salary raise once per year.
- Benefit(s): Annual leave/ Insurance based on Vietnamese Law
- Selection Process: Two or Three rounds
JOB DUTIES:
- Report to Japanese Director
- At first, this position will take 1 month training in Dong Nai Factory. After that, he/she will go to Japan for training in around 1 year. Returning from Japan, he/she will work at HCMC.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Participate to the training in Japan for one year
- Report to Japanese Manager
- In the future, doing Sales Executive in Ho Chi Minh City
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese – Business level (equivalent to N2) and English – Business Level
- Experience in Sales at least two years.
- Be able to take the training in Japan for 1 year.

- Personality: Sales oriented, strong in communication and negotiation, be able to take challenge and work independently.
