JOB DUTIES
- Report to Japanese Sales Manager (male, 40s, based in Singapore)
- Team size: only this position
- Job Responsibilities:
- Take care of existing clients in Vietnam who are referred by Japanese Sales Manager
- Handle all tasks from consulting clients, closing deals to working with service providers on logistics and delivery
- Act as the contact window with all clients for any queries: contract update, changing requirements, customer service…
- Frequently report to Japanese Sales Manager based in Singapre; assist him on his monthly Vietnamese visit
- Other ad-hoc tasks (including some administrative ones) as per requested by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language skill(s): English fluent
- Experience working at similar position in foreign trading companies (preferable) with technical products and manufacturing clients (must)
- Familiar with sales support tasks, especially documentation, logistics, import-export
- Strong sales skills or sales-oriented characteristic
- Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Female preferable
- Age: Around 30s
- Personality: disciplined, high integrity, self-motivated, flexible, resourceful, independent
- Willing to go on business trips to Hanoi 2-3 days x 1-2 times per month
