GENERAL INFORMATION
- Position: HR GA ASSISTANT MANAGER
- Level: Assistant Manager/ Section Manager (depending on experiences and skills)
- Contract Term: Permanent
- Recruitment Reason: replacement
- Expected joining date: ASAP
- Work Time:
- Monday-Friday (08:00~17:15)
- Saturday: 08:00~17:05 every other week
- Allowance(s): including Gross salary
- Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus
- Benefit(s): according to VN law, Company bus from Hanoi city
- Selection Process: One and last interview
JOB DUTIES:
- Report to Japanese Director/ VN GA HR Manager
- Team with 5-6 staff (1 section MG, 3 SV, 2 staff)
- Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policy
- Collecting information about VN law and deal with it
- Support HR & GA Manager in all job functions i.e. support training and staff development program
- Make a year-end adjustment for the employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English Business level
- Experienced in HR more than 7 years
- Experienced in Japanese company
- Experienced in leader/SV/manager
- Japanese skills preferable
