JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Senior Manager
§ Assigned to IT Division
§ Job Responsibilities
- Perform process, business and security requirement analysis to meet users’ requirement/ expectation and existing IT system constraints
- Provide IT optimized software/ application/ solution/ enhancement for businesses, operation and security of the whole Company
- Ensure IT software and application development and enhancement related project to meet objectives and required designs
- Execute OEP (Operation Efficiency Program) and new Software/ application/ solutions/ enhancement
- Support IT management in setting up IT strategy, governance, controls, standards, processes and procedures
- Supporting users effectively
Application Developer for existing systems
- Collecting requirements for company business, analyzing them by business specification
- Developing applications or enhancements
- Guiding the developmental team to optimize their work
- Documenting projects/ applications/ enhancements by preparing functional specification documents and user interface guides for the reference of the end users
- Work with user to execute test scenarios and test scripts and making necessary changes in projects to meet client requirements
IT Quality Controller
- Be responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of IT applications and services
- Supporting users effectively in software area
- Compose IT manual/ guides and train IT knowledge to users to reduce support cases
- Resolve front end IT issues
Project coordinator
- Communicate with all parties involved in software project at every project’s milestones
Reports
- Timely summarize, submit all periodical reports
- Timely report all outstanding IT issues to higher managers
- Timely update and manage related software assets
IT Security
- Procure or develop IT Security software/ solutions/ services
- Periodically or timely report and strengthen software/ system security
- Deploy and maintain security standards/ requirements
Others
- As per assigned by superiors and other office work as required by the Company
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Graduate in IT at a well-known university (software development major is preferable)
- Language Skills: English fluency
- At least 0.5 year experience in software development
- High analytical skills
- Good background on IT areas including software, security development and support services
- Good in interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Others (Preferable): Understanding essential concepts on insurance business and operation
