Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Manage workers, farming areas, and daily tasks to make sure products meet the shipment standards ・Teach and train workers on farming techniques ・Check the quality of all farming steps (seedling, planting, fertilizing, watering, pest control, harvesting) ・Plan and manage the purchase of pesticides, fertilizers, and other materials ・Adjust the farming schedule based on weather and soil conditions ・Manage basic numbers such as harvest volume, yield rate, sales forecast, and labor cost, and suggest improvements ・Make sure all farm work follows safety and hygiene rules ・Set up and follow farm operation rules according to company standards ・Work with partner farms and give technical guidance and quality checks ・Collect data from each farm and prepare simple, regular reports ・出荷基準を満たすための労働者・栽培エリア・農作業工程の管理 ・作業者への農業技術指導およびトレーニングの企画・実施 ・栽培工程（育苗・定植・施肥・灌漑・病害虫管理・収穫）の品質管理 ・農薬・肥料・資材の計画的な発注・管理 ・気候・土壌条件などの現場状況を把握した上での栽培スケジュールの最適化 ・収穫量、歩留まり、販売予測、労務コストなどの数値管理および改善提案 ・農場における安全管理および労働衛生の徹底（作業安全、保護具、機器使用など） ・会社基準に基づく農場運営ルールの整備・運用 ・協力農場（パートナーファーム）との連携・技術指導・品質監査 ・各農場からのデータ収集および定期レポートの作成
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Males preferred ・Age: 33–45 (Balance with existing team structure) ・Education: High school or above ・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (used internally; speaking ability required) ・Experience & Skills: - Around 3 years of work experience in any industry - Basic PC skills (data input, understanding AutoSum, etc.) - No specialized agricultural skills required, but must be comfortable with farm work ・Personality: - A kind and calm personality suits the company culture - Good at observing and maintaining harmony with others <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・College Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related major ・Preferably with experience in the agriculture field
