KIDZOOONA / FANPEKKA / MOLLYFANTASY / KIDSBOX> <Clients: Consumers, Department> <Weekend Working: No (Depends on project)> *There is a lot of staff turnover due to the business of service facilities for children. <Job Responsibilities> - Do planning for developing business project of amusement park yearly - Searching for leased premises for new project - Negotiate the conditions of premise leasing contract - Do planning, set up new amusement park - Support for construction management of projects that have decided to open stores - Do maintenance, renovation, renew the exist playground store - Other related works according to instruction of superior - Lập kế hoach phát triển các dự án kinh doanh khu vui chơi hàng năm; - Tìm kiếm mặt bằng thuê địa điểm cho những dự án mới - Thương thảo các điều kiện mặt bằng và xúc tiến hợp đồng thuê địa điệm - Lên kế hoạch và triển khai xây dự khu vui chơi mới - Sửa chữa, cải tạo và làm mới các khu vui chơi hiện tại - Các công việc khác liên quan đến phát triển dự án theo sự chỉ đạo của các cấp trên

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor's degree - Language skill: English Business Level or Business Japanese - Age:25-38 - Gender: Any Gender Welcome - Experience in Store development of 3 years or more - Having negotiation skill - Have knowledge in construction - Can go on business trips in provinces - Having good communication skills - Obtain skills of MS Office of word, excel, ppt <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Who has skill store development in shopping mall and any location for amusement <Hiring schedule > ASAP
