Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Customs Clearance Support
- Import customs clearance is mainly handled by the forwarder.
- Check import-related documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.) prepared by suppliers or forwarders.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and forwarders when necessary to ensure smooth clearance.
- Verify HS codes, import duties, and compliance with customs regulations as instructed.
・Document Creation
- Assist in preparing simple internal documents, meeting materials, and reports as instructed.
- Review and organize various business-related documents.
・Contract Review
- Review and check contracts prepared by other departments or suppliers.
- Ensure contract terms are consistent and properly filed; no drafting required.
・Order Placement
- Place orders for necessary products and confirm delivery dates based on sales instructions.
- Create and manage simple purchase orders and related records.
・Inventory Management
- Input inventory data and check stock levels based on instructions from the sales team.
- Support with confirmation tasks only; no independent adjustment or stock control.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Females Preferred
・Age: 25 - 32
・Education: Bachelor
【For Japanese Speaker】
・Language Skills:
- Japanese at Business Level (for internal use)
- English at Intermediate Level (for external use, reading and writing)
・Experience:
- More than 2 years of experience in import/export (Especially import)
【For English Speaker】
・Language Skills:
- English at Business Level (for external use, speaking, reading and writing)
・Experience
- Experience in customs clearance for imports and related operations
- Knowing how to use ECU5S-VNACCS
- Over 2 years of working experience as an Import Clearance or Sales Assistant in any industry.

- Japanese at Business Level
- English at Business Level
・Experience:
- Have experience in import/export
- Have experience in Custom Clearance
- Knowing how to use ECU5S-VNACCS
- Having experience in consumer goods, furniture, building materials, or related industries.
- Having work experience in the interior or design industry
- Having at least 2 years of working experience in a Japanese company
