Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industrial park developers, and authorities.
• Manage and supervise sales activities and guide local sales/marketing staff or external partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiation documents. (Pharma, Food, Electronics, etc.)
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights to the management for business decision-making.
• Promote the company’s brand and expertise through seminars, events, and digital marketing.
• Coordinate with the Japanese management team and technical experts to align business development strategies.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Female preferred
・Age: 32~42
・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
・Language: English - Business Level (Japanese ability is a plus).
・Experience: 
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
+ Proven track record in industrial, construction, or engineering-related sectors
・Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident in dealing with high-level clients.
・Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English 
・Leadership mindset, proactive attitude, and integrity in managing projects and people.
