<Job Summary> • Lead National Sales Strategy: Oversee and lead national sales operations for both B2B and B2C segments. Drive the development of new business opportunities and maximize business potential to meet or exceed established sales targets. • Business Development & Sales Acumen: Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and effective sales funnel management. Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects across relevant markets. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Business Management to ensure seamless alignment between product management and sales strategies, ensuring cohesive and effective market execution. <Job Responsibilities> 1. Communicate the predefined sales target to the sales team 2. Monitor and track individual sales team sales activities 3. Plan yearly sales activities and strategies 4. Identify key business opportunities in the Sales industry. 5. Delivery of sales reports 6. Plan and implement the overall & Distribution Channel Strategy 7. Manage Distribution Channel Stock/ Sell Out/Through at all times 8. Create awareness among system integrators and solution-based companies of the company's products, and find a niche market for the company
