<Necessary skills/ requirement> • Gender: Any • Age: 28-35 • Language: Business level English • Education background: Bachelor's Degree in Law • Experience: - From 6 years of working experience as Associate, having Lawyer certificate - Strong experience in M&A deals, covering a wide range of industries, from consumer goods, processing/manufacturing, services, pharmaceuticals, real estate & construction, project finance <Preferable Skill / Experience> • Strong experience in real estate is a plus • Work experience in law firm rather than in-house lawyer • Work experience in a big law firm
