Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage electrical (including MV-HV) and instrumentation to ensure that it is always available and reliable, and safe for use to effectively support manufacturing operational activities and continuously improve manufacturing performance. - Attend to investigate and solve equipment issues day by day. - Propose a maintenance plan, spare parts for maintenance activity. - Propose process improvements, seeking greater performance and cost savings. - Ensure that the fast and reliable calibration, repair, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and instruments are based on established schedules and procedures. - Perform electrical assemblies for improvement and maintenance. - Lead and coordinate with electricians to develop competencies, leverage motivation, and performance to achieve the team’s objectives - Other tasks assigned by the Superior
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Graduated University major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Electronic Engineering. ・Age: Any ・Gender: Any ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: 3 years’ experience working in industrial electrical systems ・Knowledge: • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance • Knowledge of equipment maintenance • 5S/GMP/HACCP/BRC knowledge • Knowledge of electrical devices: contactor, relay, sensor, transformer, ACB, MCCB, CT, UPS, power meter, motor • Deep knowledge of PLC program (preferred TIA portal, WinCC) • Capable of following LOTO, safe work practices, and the company’s regulations • Ability to read, understand, and interpret electrical drawings and modifications as required <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in the coffee plant is preferred
