<Job Description> 1. Plan and implement Kaizen activities - Develop monthly/quarterly/annual Kaizen plans based on factory objectives. - Provide training and guidance to operators and team leaders on Kaizen, 5S, QC Story, and PDCA methods. - Organize regular Kaizen meetings and workshops within the factory. 2. Monitor and evaluate improvement activities - Collect improvement ideas from employees. - Evaluate the effectiveness of improvements (in terms of cost, productivity, quality, safety, and environment). - Prepare and report Kaizen activity results periodically to upper management. 3. Improve productivity and reduce waste - Analyze production processes and identify waste points (Muda). - Propose and implement solutions to reduce waiting time, inventory, unnecessary movements, etc. - Work with related departments to standardize processes after improvement. 4. Maintain 5S and workplace safety - Inspect and maintain 5S in production areas. - Ensure Kaizen activities do not negatively impact safety or product quality. 5. Coordination and reporting - Collaborate closely with departments such as Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, and HR. - Report Kaizen progress and results to the factory manager or production manager. - Detailed job responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> - Education: Vocational school/College degree or higher (preferably in Engineering, Mechanical, or Industrial fields). - Experience & Skills: + At least 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and PDCA. + Skills in team leadership, communication, problem analysis, and reporting. + Proactive, responsible, and continuously improvement-oriented mindset. <Preferred Qualifications> - Candidates with prior experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing company will be at an advantage.
