<Background & Purpose of Hiring> We are looking to hire a successor who can step into the Chief Accountant role within approximately 3 years. Additionally, this position will temporarily support general affairs tasks while a staff member is currently on maternity leave, and try to learn financial tasks <Job Responsibilities> - Handle a wide range of accounting tasks - Support general affairs (admin) during the maternity leave period - Will gradually be involved in financial reporting and consolidated accounting tasks - Aim to grow into the Chief Accountant role in the future - Learn financial tasks for the future. - Other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: English - Business level (for internal communication/reporting) ・Experience: More than 3 years in general accounting ・<Must> Having a Chief Accountant Certificate <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Basic level of Japanese is a plus ・Work experience at a Japanese company is preferred ・Experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage ・Experience with consolidated accounting is a plus, but not required <Ideal Candidate> We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented individual who is willing to take on new responsibilities and develop into a leadership role in accounting. Even if you have no experience in financial consolidation, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
