<Job Responsibilities>
・ Assist Japanese Sales in meetings with clients: prepare materials, take minutes, handle correspondence
・ Deal with paper work (quotation, contract) related to the client side
・ Aid in communication between Japanese Sales and other non-Japanese-speaking parties (internal staff, local partners...)
・ Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
<Saturday Working: full day, every other week>
<Necessary Skills / Experience >
・ Education: College Diploma
・ Computing: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
・ Japanese: business level (equivalent to N2 level)
・ English: conversational level
・ 1+ year of work experience as back office positions in any industry
・ New graduates are ok to apply
<Preferable Skills / Experience>
・ Experience in construction industry
