Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Allocate and manage resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and raw materials.
2. Monitor and track employee productivity and operational efficiency.
3. Develop daily production plans and oversee production output, process performance, and defect rates.
4. Ensure all production activities comply with technical specifications and quality standards.
5. Identify, address, and improve issues arising during the production process, including 5S, occupational safety and health, production capacity, and customer complaints.
6. Supervise inventory-taking activities and consolidate/report related data.
7. Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives and conduct employee training and performance evaluations.
8. Participate in meetings and carry out tasks assigned by management.
9. Report production performance to senior management and effectively handle work-related pressure.
<仕事内容>
1.人員・設備・原材料などのリソースを適切に配分する。
2.従業員の作業効率および稼働率を管理・追跡する。
3.日々の生産計画を策定し、生産工程における生産量や不良品発生状況を監視
する。
4.生産工程が技術基準および品質基準に従って実施されるよう確保する。
5.生産過程で発生する問題（5S、安全衛生、生産能力、顧客クレームなど）を
発見し、対応・改善する。
6.棚卸業務を監督し、各種データを集計・報告する。
7.継続的な品質改善活動を推進するとともに、人材の教育・評価を実施する。
8.各種会議に参加し、上司からの指示を遂行する。
9.生産実績を経営陣へ報告し、業務上のプレッシャーに対応できること。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: Vocational school or higher.
- Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (From N3)
- Experience:
- More than 5 years of management experience for workers in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, etc.
- Personality
- Good communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills.
< Preferred Skill / Experience>
- Resident of Nhơn Trạch or Long Thành is preferred. Residents of Biên Hòa can use the company's designated shuttle route.
