Job Description
- Training in Vietnam for 1 year (learning Japanese language and business manner), detail schedule as follow,
+ 3 months: Learning Japanese at Lotte's office → 2 months: Training in Japan (at Sanko's technical training school in Yokohama) → 7 months remaining: return to Hanoi for Japanese learning
+ After 1 year, move to Japan and join Sanko Group
Main responsibility will be assigned according to plants' maintenance tasks such as:
+ Adjustment and maintenance of temperature and pressure sensor equipment
+ Conducting periodic maintenance checks
+ Planning equipment upgrades and machinery modifications
+ Identifying faults, investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor's degree major in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- Japanese basic level N5 N4 equivalent
- Willing to work in Japan for at least 3 years
- Age from 23 - 27 years old

+ Married or planning to marry soon
+ Has already applied visa to Japan before
+ Don't have Bachelor Degree
