Japanese speaking - General manager - IT

< Main responsibility >
As GM or GM candidate, we will cooperate with other GMs and
conduct general management (technology planning, operation and
management) of the technology development department.

< In detail >
-Budget planning, operation and management of technology department
( Members are 50-100 people)
-Technical guidance, operation, management to each team of technical
department
-Acquire and expand customers in the global market, with a focus on
Japan and ASEAN.
-Market research, various exhibition research
-Report company's performance to HQ (in both Japanese and English)
-Performance to the management and management mothers Report
and report preparation (Japanese, English)
-Operate adequate cooperation with third-party companies
(consultation, out-sourcing company)
-An overseas business trip occurs about once a month (Japan and
ASEAN)
