Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ◆This position is responsible for designing and developing software used in the manufacturing / plant / construction industry, managing the Development Lab in Vietnam Area, and communicating with the development members in Japan. ・Developing web applications with ReactJS. ・Manage an engineering team of less than 10 people with the task of developing and designing a web application which is used in the construction industry. ・Participate in the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing and operating the product. ・Discuss, propose solutions for the team and manage the progress of members. ・Lead the team to accomplish the company’s goal and mission. ・Training, support and motivate team members. ・Problems solving (technical and human).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・English skill (can chat, no need communication) + Japanese business (over N2) ・Previous experience working as a ReactJS (Typescript) developer. ・In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages ・Cloud knowledge (AWS or GCP) ・Knowledge of SQL/Non SQL database ・Experience with user interface design. ・Knowledge of performance testing frameworks. ・Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. ・Excellent troubleshooting skills. ・Experience in managing a team of 3-5 people. <Preferable> ・Experienced or interested in architecture – construction – manufacturing system. ・High interest in various programming languages and coding. ・Advanced mathematical knowledge, including optimization. ・Passionate about programming and willing to learn new technologies. ・Experienced in Agile/Scrum.
