・Calculate insurance and salary
・Communicate with accounting/ tax firm and audit firm
・Issue invoice
・Make a payment after getting approval from Director
・Manage documents
・Book airplane and hotel for business trip
・Answer and forward any phone calls
・Arrange and receive delivery
・Support administrative job
・Report monthly report from accounting company to head office in Japan
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24-32
・At least 2 years’ accounting task experience
・Working experience at Japanese company
・Person with a careful personality
・Having good communication with Japanese
