Job Description

[Role Objective]
- This role is to support Leader, HRBP, SC Functions, Fixtures Asia on overall HR matters in the specific countries;
- The role will be accountable for contributing to business performance by providing strategic consulting on people strategies, organization design, performance management, organizational culture, employee engagement and labor relations to the appointed functions;
- This role will be based in Hanoi Vietnam, reports directly to Leader, HRBP, SC Functions, Fixtures Asia.

[Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities]
Weight = 80% , scope is SCM Asia Region (Great China + APAC)
- Work closely with Supply Chain GC/APAC leaders, the role will serve as a strategic business partner and hands on implementer on people strategies that align with business objectives;
- Act as HR change catalyst to leverage data, metrics, and analytics to support supply chain leaders making sound decision;
- Assess current and future talent needs for the organization and partner with HR COEs to develop strategies and plans to meet those needs;
- Provide coaching to employees and management on issues that are complex, difficult, or emotional in nature;
- Assist HRBP SC Functions Asia to work on the specific functions and timely report out if any critical issue on business, organization, or people when there is;
- Support and deliver high-quality and timely implementation of regional or country HR initiatives/programs, participate in ad-hoc projects and duties assigned;
- Ensure full legal compliance and/or alignment to corporate HR guidelines.

Weight = 20%, scope is Vietnam country (R&D + Procurement)
- Be key contact person to support regional R&D / Procurement HRBP dealing with critical people matters in Vietnam office & manufacturing plants;
- Single contact to follow and track with country HRSS team for all HR operations like hiring, training…in Vietnam country.

Job Requirement

- BS degree or above in Human Resources Management, Science Engineering, or related field;
- At least 8-10 years of Human Resources Partner experience in a multinational company, preferably with exposure to manufacturing industry supply chain function;
- A hands-on, self-starter HR with strong influencing and conflict resolution skills;
- Proactive, adaptable and with high integrity to deal with ambiguity in a matrixed organization;
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment in a truly diverse global company that treats employees with respect;
- Good oral and written English capability.
