Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1/ Accounting (90%) - Manage and maintain accounting documents and records (hardcopy and softcopy). - Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system (FAST). - Issue and manage invoices and related documentation. - Perform accounting entries, account reconciliations, and support intercompany/interdepartment transactions. - Support monthly and annual closing activities. - Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, FCT, etc.) and other statutory reports. - Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports, including B/S and P/L. - Support process improvements in a fast-growing business environment. 2/ Admin (10%) - Coordinate and review legal service contracts and related documents. - Liaise with external law firms regarding contract preparation and revisions. - Maintain and organize contract records and legal documentation. - Provide administrative support and back up admin functions when required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting ・Language: English Business level ・Experience: - Have 5 years of working experience in the accounting field in any industry at the latest company - Experience in B/S, P/L, and month-end closing processes - Experience in statutory service contracts (drafting and concluding formal contracts) - Fast software experience ・Behavior: - Attentive to details and quick to react - Good communication - Self-motivated as well as good teamwork spirit. - Job-oriented/Careful <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have a good passion for the company's service products and character's business
